Layout Drawings

We provide full loop layout drawings for all types of Underfloor Heating Projects. If you have utilised our UFH Design Specifications and Pressure Loss Calculations services we require no further information from you.

Alternatively we can also create layout drawings based on your calculations and data.

We use AutoCAD for all or design work. Paper based floor plan drawings can be converted into AutoCAD files either by redrawing them. Depending on the design parameters, we then layout the piping design onto CAD Floor plans.

 

 

The piping layout can be any of the following patterns:

 

Meandering / Snake Pattern	Bifla / Snail / Spiral Pattern	Parallel Pattern

Floor Construction

We can design UFH systems Layouts for different type of floor constructions, be it solid screeded, Joisted, or a combination with varying parameters.

Insulation boards Systems

We can design the laying pattern for the board system. We work with a wide range of board systems and are capable of adapting to any new systems as they are introduced.

 

Bill of Material

On the basis of the actual layout design, we can give a complete list of material used for the project based on the standard components required, or specific products used by your company. Material list can be customised as per your product codes. Prices and total can all be listed and added so that project material is priced and the project is ready for installation.
