Based on the Heat Loads for a project, floor covering etc we can design all relevant parameters for an Underfloor Heating Project.
Underfloor Heating Systems have the distinct advantage of allowing the use of lower water temperature, as compared to radiator based heating systems. This allows the use of Ground Source or Air Source Heat Pumps to be used.
Heating Source
We can design Underfloor Heating Systems using either Ground Source / Air Source Heat Pumps or Conventional Oil or Gas (fossil fuel) based Boilers.
Floor Construction
We can design UFH systems for different type of floor constructions, be it solid screeded, Joisted, or a combination with varying parameters.
Pipe Type
The type of pipe and its diameter affects a number of parameters and we can design a system with all different types of pipes used in the UFH industry.
Information Required
If floor plans have already been provided to us for heat loss calculations all that we require are the floor finishes.

Electric underfloor heating is installed close to the floor surface resulting in a quick warm up of the room. It does not take up any space in your living area, giving the freedom to position furniture freely. At home or in the office, in the bathroom or in the living area, smart underfloor heating systems provide a warm floor and a pleasant room temperature. The uniform heat distribution makes it possible to set the thermostat 2 degrees lower than usual, without any loss of comfort or warmth. It is ideal as complete room heating or as compliment of the existing heating system. During spring or autumn, you can turn off the conventional heating, and keep your floors warm and comfortable.
- Healthy and safe heating
Electrical underfloor heating causes less air movement, hence less dust in the bathroom or wet rooms. Also, wet floors will dry much faster, there will be less risk of mildew or mites.
- The warm air convects from the floor surface losing approximately 2 degrees centigrade at 2.0 meters above the floor, which makes the systems ideal for all ceiling heights
- Underfloor heating from the whole floor area of the house gently warms the air above, eliminating cold spots
